Sia Rokni, General Counsel


Sia Rokni is the founder and principal attorney at Rokni Law Firm. Mr. Rokni attended University of California, Los Angeles for his undergraduate studies and received his Juris Doctorate law degree from Chapman University, School of Law, where he was the recipient of a merit scholarship and the CALI award in Legal Research and Writing.

 

Mr. Rokni studied bankruptcy law under the instruction of the Honorable Theodor C. Albert, Professor and current Bankruptcy Judge in Orange County.  He worked for the Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustee in Riverside; as an extern at the Department of Justice, Office of the U.S. trustee in Santa Ana; and as an extern in Judge Albert’s chambers where he received a Certificate of Appreciation from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

 

After law school, Mr. Rokni worked for two years as the Rotating Judicial Law Clerk for five bankruptcy Judges at the Roybal Federal Building in downtown Los Angeles. He learned bankruptcy law and procedure from the perspective of great legal minds including bankruptcy Judges and Judicial staff, who mentored him, and some of the best attorneys in Los Angeles, whose pleadings he analyzed on a daily basis.

 

Mr. Rokni’s well-rounded background in bankruptcy law allows him to provide effective representation and deliver results for his clients.

Hadi Khan, Operations Lead


Hadi Khan is the Operations Lead at Tutors At Reach. Hadi is actively helping Tutors At Reach expand its operations and also streamline many of the intricate processes behind the scenes. 

Professionally, Hadi has experience in management consulting at Accenture in New York City. He worked on multiple projects for Fortune 100 clients and helped to improve efficiency in numerous workstreams. Hadi's passion to help others carries into his personal life where he is a tutor and mentor to homeless and foster children in Los Angeles. During his time at USC, he was involved in many outreach programs including mentoring at the USC Annenberg School for Communication. 


Hadi received his bachelors degree from the University of Southern California, where he studied communication and business.
